Seems Front Page is much easier for composing in Word and then copy and pasting into Front Page. I tried with Dreamweaver CS5.5 and it didn't appear correctly. Learned from Knut's Arabic Mac page that one has to save Arabic in UTF-8 with Text Edit(Mac) or Works WordPad (for PC).
